Twilight Canyon is located on the west side of the lake, just upstream from the mouth of Forbidding Canyon and Rainbow Bridge. It is narrow and winding and at full pool extends more than two miles. Its upper reaches pinch together into narrow slots.
Campsites are very limited, but traffic in this canyon is likely to be heavy in the summer. Reflection Canyon, Hidden Passage, and Twilight Canyon all attract visitors from Rainbow Bridge and sometimes there is a boat jam.
